Possible new nova in Large Magellanic Cloud. Discovered by John Seach, Grafton, NSW, Australia. Visible on 3 images taken with DSLR with 85 mm f/1.4 lens. Magnitude 11.9 No variable star at position. Nothing on DSS2-red. No minor planet at position. Nothing at position on 2025 Oct 10.7333 UTC using same instrument limiting mag 12.3

Position end figures 13s.89, 22.3" measured with Skygems Observatory 0.45m f/4 reflector + CCD, Namibia. J2000, Gaia DR3 positions. Transient position is within 1.37" of Gaia DR3 4657906433561831552 (G magnitude = 19.36). Unfiltered magnitude 12.36. Andrew Pearce, Nedlands, Western Australia
