The CV=12.9 dwarf nova candidate was identified in the NMW survey camera (135mm f/2.0 telephoto lens + unfiltered ST-8300M CCD) images obtained on 2025-11-07.0576 UTC. The measured position of the transient coincides within 0.3" (the NMW camera image scale is 8.3"/pix) with a blue source Gaia DR3 486142232932235008 (G=20.38, Plx=2.4 +/-0.5 mas) = Pan-STARRS DR1 193030846762493250 (g=20.37, r=20.30). The transient was detected 19 hours earlier as ZTF25accxgpn with the following photometry: 2025-11-06.27568 g=17.09 +/-0.06, 2025-11-06.29781 g=16.91 +/-0.04, 2025-11-06.42870 g=15.02 +/-0.04, 2025-11-06.43067 g=15.00 +/-0.04, ZTF data accessed via the Lasair broker: https://lasair-ztf.lsst.ac.uk/objects/ZTF25accxgpn/ The ASAS-SN Sky Patrol forced photometry at the transient position confirms the outburst, 2025-11-07.20082 g=12.83 +/-0.02, 2025-11-07.20259 g=12.89 +/-0.02 and reveals no historical outbursts since 2012: https://asas-sn.osu.edu/sky-patrol/coordinate/4d1a95c9-1210-4c77-911d-2774322b45b9 The pate-solved NMW images and finder charts are available at http://scan.sai.msu.ru/~kirx/img/TCPJ05384230+7051377/ The NMW survey operates at the Astroverty astrofarm in Nizhnii Arkhyz, Karachay-Cherkessia, Russia http://scan.sai.msu.ru/nmw/ https://astrovert.ru/astrofarm/ ---- Roman Suhogoloviy, Vladimir Belousov, Stanislav Korotkiy (Astroverty, Ka-Dar), Kirill Sokolovsky (TexasTech) for the NMW team
