The CV=13.6 transient was found in images obtained with the secondary NMW survey camera (135mm f/2.0 telephoto lens + unfiltered STL-11000M CCD) on 2025-11-17.9945 UTC. The transient is also visible in images obtained the following nights with the same camera on 2025-11-18.9903 at CV=14.1 and 2025-11-19.9165 at CV=14.4.
