2014 02 15.5192

Vladimir Lipunov report that Sergey Shurpakov discovered in MASTER-Tunka auto-detection system OT source at (RA, Dec) = 06h 48m 29.00s +42d 41m 56.8s on 2014-02-15.51921 UT. The OT magnitude in 'R' filter is 15.4m (limit 17.4m). The OT is seen in 2 images. There is no minor planet at this place. We have reference image without OT on 2011-04-21.60503 UT with unfiltered magnitude limit 19.6m. There is PGC2204281 galaxy near OT. The OT off set are 5.4E and 2.1S. The discovery and reference images are available at: http://master.sai.msu.ru/static/OT/174045.80+115828.5.jpg

2014 02 17.930

This transient was observed on 2014 02 17.930 by Gianluca Masi, Francesca Nocentini and Patrick Schmeer, remotely using the 17"-f/6.8 corrected Dall-Kirkham robotic unit part of the Virtual Telescope Project facility, at Bellatrix Astronomical Observatory in Ceccano, Italy. 120-seconds exposures, unfiltered, show the source at mag. 17.2 (R mags for the reference stars from UCAC-4). We also performed astrometry, getting the following end figures: 28.86; 58.5 (J2000.0, mean residuals of 0.2" on both axes).
