We discovered this object on Dec.23.80 2012 UT in the Tsinghua University-NAOC Transient Survey (TNTS), and confirmed it on Jan. 05.80 2013 UT and the magnitude of the object on unfiltered CCD was about 19.7 mag.

PSN observed at coordinates 07 35 26.90 +51 52 50.2 (UCAC3). Magnitude 20.2 U +/- 0.8 . Limiting magnitude 20.8 . Sum of 20 x 240-sec images. Nothing visible at these coordinates on DSS. Observer: R. This object was observed by Federica Luppi and Luca Buzzi from Schiaparelli Observatory, Varese, Italy. In a stack of images totalling 15 minutes of unfiltered exposure time, the object has position end figures 26s.86, 50".4 and magnitude 19.1.
