We discovered this object on Mar.28.50 2013 UT in the Tsinghua University-NAOC Transient Survey (TNTS),and the magnitude of the object on unfiltered CCD was about 18.8 mag.

PSN detected at coordinates 08 58 36.08 +54 19 25.7 (UCAC3). Object seen as elongation to north and west of galaxy center. Not clearly defined. Magnitude 18.2 +/- 0.2 . Limiting magnitude 20.2 .
