R. Belligoli reports the discovery by Raffaele Belligoli and Flavio Castellani, members of ISSP's collaboration (Italian Supernovae Search Project) of a PSN on the images from Monte Baldo Observatory (Ferrara di Monte Baldo,Verona, Italy), with the 0.4m f.8 Ritchey-Chrétien telescope, in two images taken with a Kodak KAF 1001E CCD unfiltered, obtained on 2013 August. 31.939837 and 31.940278 UT. NGC 2748 coord. RA 09 13 38.88 DEC +76 28 10.8 - MAG 16.0.apparent but not in older images ( on 9th February 2013 as reference and the last image on 27th July 2013).
