We discovered this object on Mar.01.50 2013 UT in the Tsinghua University-NAOC Transient Survey (TNTS), and the magnitude of the object on unfiltered CCD was about 18.9 mag. We examined the prediscovery image on Feb. 15 and found an unfiltered magnitude of 19.2 mag.

This possible supernova in USNOA2 1425-07297310 was detected with 5 x 15 min images using a luminance filter Astrometry: RA 09 13 55.17 Dec +55 46 56.6 Photometry: 18.97 +/- 0.10 L (V as ref) These data were collected remotely by Joseph Brimacombe, Cairns, Australia.
