2012 11 15.000

This possible supernova in UGC4981 was detected by Raffaele Belligoli and Flavio Castellani, members of ISSP's collaboration (Italian Supernovae Search Project) on the images from Monte Baldo Observatory (Ferrara di Monte Baldo,Verona,Italy), with the 0.4m f.8 Ritchey-Chrétien telescope,in two images taken with a Kodak KAF 1001E CCD unfiltered, obtained on 2012 Nov. 14. 00:47:36 UT and 14. 00:48:14 UT. The PSN was visible also in images taken with the same instrument at November 15. 23:19:31 UT and 15. 23:20:08 UT. Due to PSN J09240176+6833433 so close to UGC4981's bulge isn't possible have a correct astrometric measurement.
