Discovered by C. Barreto, C. Jacques, C. Colesanti, E. Pimentel, I. Mussi, J. Ribeiro, M. Domingues, J. Amancio, L. Amaral, P. Holvorcem, T. Napoleao on behalf of the Brazilian Transient Search - BraTS - at ROCG Observatory, Campos dos Goytacazes, Brazil in three unfiltered frames with 60 seconds exposure using a 150mm f/4.8 reflector + unfiltered CCD, with magnitude 16.1 under limiting mag = 17.5. Nothing is visible at this location on the previous frame (limiting mag = 17.5) taken on 2020 Feb. 21.1812 UT.
