Discovered by K. Itagaki, Yamagata, Japan, on an unfiltered CCD frame using 0.50-m f/6.8 reflector remotely at the Takanezawa station, Tochigi -ken, under the limiting magnitude= 19.0. This PSN was confirmed on the following ten frames taken during about one hour after discovery using same remote telescope. Itagaki writes nothing is visible at this location on his past frames including the most recent survey taken on 2013 Nov. 1.788 UT (limit mag. = 18.5) using 0.60-m f/5.7 reflector + unfiltered CCD at Yamagata. See a discovery image at http://www.k-itagaki.jp/images/ngc3287.jpg.

I took confirmation images of this PSN with 0.50m astrograph + FLI ProLine PL11002M CCD remotely at Mayhill, NM, USA. Photometry results were V=16.84 and I_c=15.95. My image is available at http://meineko.sakura.ne.jp/ccd/PSN_J10344846+2139419.jpg. Seiichiro Kiyota (Kamagaya, Japan)

2013 11 10.105

This transient was observed on 2013 11 10.103 by Gianluca Masi, Francesca Nocentini and Patrick Schmeer, remotely using the 17"-f/6.8 robotic unit part of the Virtual Telescope Project facility in Ceccano, Italy. 120-seconds exposures, unfiltered, show the source at mag. 15.9 (R mags for the reference stars from UCAC-4). We also performed astrometry, getting the following end figures: 48.41s; 42.1" (J2000.0, mean residuals of 0.1" on both axes).
