V. Lipunov (SAI MSU) reports the discovery by P. Balanutsa of a possible supernova (mag. 16.9) on six unfiltered survey images (limiting mag 18.6) taken on Mar. 07.822-07.824 with the MASTER-Amur robotic telescope (double 0.40-m f/2.5 reflector + 4Kx4K CCD). The new object is located at R.A. = 11h11m54s.50, Decl. = +45d32'14".9 (equinox 2000.0), which is 24.1" east and 14.3" south of the nucleus of PGC 34057 galaxy. D. Denisenko and E. Gorbovskoy (SAI MSU) report that nothing is visible at this position on Feb. 11.761 UT images from the same telescope to the magnitude limit 18.6. The discovery and reference images are posted at the following website URL: http://master.sai.msu.ru/static/OT/111154.50453214.9.png with more details in Astronomer's Telegram ATel #4873.
