Discovered by P. Balanutsa on two unfiltered images (60-sec exposures) obtained with MASTER-Kislovodsk telescope (double 0.40-m f/2.5 reflector + 4Kx4K CCD) on 2013 May 01.753 and 01.787 UT. The prediscovery images from the same telescope were then found by D. Denisenko. Photometry (unfiltered with the red zero point; data by MASTER-Kislovodsk except for Feb. 23): 2013 Feb. 11.896, <19.2; Feb. 23.642, <17.5 (the latest non-detection by MASTER-Amur); Mar. 06.921 UT, 16.74; 06.952, 16.66; Mar. 30.893, 17.05; May 01.754, 17.23. This PSN detected at coordinates 11 35 50.79 +34 17 01.9 (UCAC3). Magnitude 18.3 U +/- 0.2 . Limiting magnitude 20.6 . Sum of 6 x 240-sec images. This PSN detected at RA=11 35 50.83, Dec=+34 17 02.5 (2000.0). Magnitude 17.5 R +/- 0.1. 8 x 60 sec images with the 0.40-m Lendulet-reflector at Konkoly Observatoy, Piszkesteto, Hungary. Observer: K. Sarneczky, Konkoly Observatory, Hungary.
