We discovered this object on Feb.18.86 2013 UT in the Tsinghua University-NAOC Transient Survey (TNTS),and the magnitude of the object on unfiltered CCD was about 19.5 mag.

This possible supernova in an Anonymous Galaxy was detected with 5 x 15 min images using a luminance filter Astrometry: RA 12 58 24.91 Dec +12 35 52.9 Photometry: 18.46 +/- 0.05 L (V for ref) These data were collected remotely by Joseph Brimacombe, Cairns, Australia.
