L. Elenin (Lyubertsy, Russia) and I. Molotov (Moscow, Russia) confirm an apparent supernova PSN J13102131-0710241 in IC 4209. Object visible on 1x300sec image remotely taken at ISON-NM Observatory (Mayhill, NM, USA) with 0.45-m f/2.8 telescope + CCD (KAF09000) on Apr. 01.4157, 2013. Object located at 13h 10m 21s.49 +/- 0".07, -07d 10' 22".2 +/- 0".08 (UCAC-4) with magnitude 17.5U (mag. limit ~18.7m). Nothing is visible at this position on the POSS and POSSII images.
