V. Lipunov (SAI MSU) reports the discovery by P. Balanutsa of an apparent supernova (magnitude 16.5) on two unfiltered survey images (60-sec exposures) taken by MASTER-Amur robotic telescope (0.40-m f/2.5 + 4Kx4K CCD) on 2012 Oct. 25.844 and 25.877 UT. The new object is located at the following coordinates (2000.0): R.A. = 13h14m47s.05, Decl. = +54d05'05".5 which is 4.4" east and 9.1" south of the core of the host galaxy PGC 3087098 = SDSS J131446.51+540514.8 with z=0.03316. D. Denisenko and E. Gorbosvkoy (SAI MSU) report that nothing is visible at the position of PSN on the unfiltered images from the identical MASTER-Tunka telescope of 2012 May 05.735 UT (180-sec unfiltered exposure) with magnitude limit 18.8m, as well as on digitized POSS plates to limiting magnitude ~21 and on SDSS color image (m_lim~23). Comparison of MASTER-Amur discovery image with DSS and SDSS finder charts is posted at this website URL: http://master.sai.msu.ru/static/OT/PSNJ131447+540505-DSS-SDSS.jpg
