We discovered this object on Jan.24.90 2013 UT in the Tsinghua University-NAOC Transient Survey (TNTS),and the magnitude of the object on unfiltered CCD was about 19.2 mag. We confirmed this discovery on Jan. 25.90 and the unfiltered magnitude was about 19.0 mag.
