M.Caimmi report the discovery of an apparent supernova (unfiltered magnitude = 16.9) on images (limiting magnitude 19.0) obtained on 2015 04 24.99791 with a 0.24m Schmidt-Cassegrain + CCD Atik 314L camera at C92 - Valdicerro Observatory, Loreto - Italy, in the course of the ISSP (Italian Supernovae Search Project). The new object is located at A.R. = 13h35m25s.14, Decl. = +01°24'30".5 astrometry with respect to UCAC-4 stars which is 8"E and 8"S of the centre of Galaxy NGC 5227.
