Discovered by Hideo Nishimura, Kakegawa, Shizuoka, Japan on three frames (25-s exp. limiting mag 15) taken by Canon EOS 6D digital camera + 200-mm F/3.0 lens. On Dec. 07.82527 UT, mag.=14.0. Nothing is visible at this location on the frames taken on 2023 Dec. 03.08021 UT (limiting mag 15) by same instrument. --- Isao Endoh (NAOJ)

C. Fremling et al. (ZTF) discovered this TCP on 2023 Dec. 12.547 UT and reported to TNS (Transient Name Server) as PSN (AT 2023zvq). On 2023 Dec. 14 UT, they confirmed that this PSN was a type Ia supernova (SN 2023zvq). --- Isao Endoh (NAOJ)
