I, Kunihiro Shima report the discovery of an apparent supernova (mag 17.0) on 43 unfiltered CCD images (30s and 60s exposures, limiting magnitude 18.2) obtained on Nov. 16.8167 with a 0.45-m F/12 Cassegrain telescope with F/4.6 focal reducer (+ FLI ML-8300 CCD) at Fujimi-machi, Nagano Pref., Japan. The new object is located at R.A. = 14h51m37s.83, Decl. = +40d35'51".4 (equinox 2000.0) which is 12.2" west and 5.6" south of the center of the galaxy NGC 5772.

I took a confirmation image of this PSN with 0.61-m f/6.5 CDK astrograph + FLI PL09000 CCD camera of iTelescope.NET at Sierra Remote Observatory, Auberry, California. USA, remotely. I checked SDSS and DSS images of NGC5772 to identify it with AladinLite image server of Simbad. Photometry result was 16.39U (unfiltered magnitude). Position end figures were 37.77 and 50.61 in RA and Dec. My image is available at http://meineko.sakura.ne.jp/ccd/PSN_J14513783+4035514.jpg. Seiichiro Kiyota (Kamagaya, Japan)

Y. Gouda, Hokkaido University; and H. Naito, Nayoro Observatory, detected this transient as a source at the magnitudes of V=16.8 and R=16.4 (reference stars from UCAC-4) on images taken on Nov. 18.76 UT with the 1.6-m Pirka telescope (+ MSI) at Nayoro Observatory.

Mag.= 16.0, position end figures 37s.89, 51".4 observed by T. Noguchi, Chiba-ken, Japan using 0.23-m f/6.3 Schmidt Cassegrain + unfiltered CCD, An image posted at http://park8.wakwak.com/~ngc/images/PSNinNGC5772.jpg.
