I made a confirming observation of this PSN. Its magnitude is estimated as U17.0 by Astrometrica(USNO-(S)A 2.0). Using telescope is 45cm F4.6 Reflector + unfiltered CCD FLI ML-8300, 2 bin, 60s exposure. Position end is R.A.=25.29s, Dec=08.3". Observed by Kunihiro Shima at Fujimi-machi, Nagano, Japan.

2015 12 08.822

Mag.= 17.0, position end figures 25s.32, 08".6 observed by T. Noguchi, Chiba-ken, Japan using 0.23-m f/6.3 Schmidt Cassegrain + unfiltered CCD. An image posted at http://park8.wakwak.com/~ngc/images/PSNinNGC6004.jpg.

2015 12 12.215

This transient was observed on 2015 12 12.21569 by G. Masi, remotely using the 17"-f/6.8 robotic unit at Bellatrix Astronomical Observatory in Ceccano, Italy. 120-seconds exposures, unfiltered, show the source at mag. 16.7 (R mags for the reference stars from UCAC-4). We also performed astrometry, getting the following end figures: 25.35; 07.3 (J2000.0, mean residuals of 0.2" on both axes).
