M. Caimmi report the discovery of an apparent supernova (unfiltered magnitude = 18.8) on images obtained on 14 / 15 June 0.24-m f/6.5 SC Telescope and CCD Atik 314L at C92 - Valdicerro Observatory - Loreto (AN) - Italy in the course of the ISSP - Italian Supernovae Search Project. The new object is located at A.R. = 15h51m44s.44, Decl. = +67°12'02".8, astrometry with respect to UCAC-4 stars which is 5" Est and 22" North of the centre of Galaxy MCG+11-19-024.
