We discovered this object on May 07.69 2013 UT in the Tsinghua University-NAOC Transient Survey (TNTS),and the magnitude of the object on unfiltered CCD was about 18.5 mag.

This possible supernova in USNOA2 1275-087901544 was detected with 5 x 15 min images using a luminance filter Astrometry: RA 16 19 52.00 Dec +38 56 08.4 Photometry: 18.13 +/- 0.31 L (V as ref) These data were collected remotely by Joseph Brimacombe, Cairns, Australia.
