We discovered this object on July 02.59 2013 UT in the Tsinghua University-NAOC Transient Survey (TNTS),and the magnitude of the object on unfiltered CCD was about 19.0 mag (Note the UT time should be July 02.59 2013 instead of July 02.17 2013).

This possible supernova in USNOA2 1275-08948028 detected with 3 x 15 min images using a luminance filter Photometry: 18.54 +/- 0.12 L (V as ref) Astrometry: RA 16 27 50.21 Dec +40 28 20.3 These data were collected remotely by Joseph Brimacombe, Cairns, Australia using a 51-cm RCOS and STL11K camera.
