Discovered by Hideo Nishimura, Kakegawa, Shizuoka, Japan on three frames (45-s exp. limiting mag 15.5) taken by Canon EOS 6D digital camera + 200-mm F/3.0 lens. Nothing is visible at this location on the frames taken on 2023 Jan. 09.83244 UT (limiting mag 15.5) by same instrument. Nishimura writes there is a red star LP 43-50 in UMi (High Proper Motion Star, B 18.1, R 15.3, G 14.7). --- Isao Endoh (NAOJ)

Photometry results were V=16.65 and Ic=13.50 with 0.61-m f/6.5 CDK astrograph + FLI PL09000 CCD at SRO, Auberry, California. USA There is very red star at position reported. It might be flare of SIMBAD source LP 43-50 as Kenta Taguchi mentioned on his Twitter message (https://twitter.com/kentagch/status/1616247494991806464).
