Discovered by Hideo Nishimura, Kakegawa, Shizuoka-ken, Japan, who found this star on three frames with 15-s exposure (limit mag.= 15) using Canon EOS 6D digital camera + 200-mm f/3.2 lens, who found this star (mag. 13.8) on the past images taken on 2021 Nov. 11.391 using same instrument and writes there is a faint star (mag.= about 20) on Pan-STARRS image.
