S. Shurpakov, D. Denisenko (SAI MSU), V. Yurkov, E. Sinyakov (Blagoveschensk Educational State University) report on behalf of a larger MASTER collaboration: PSN J17451040+1808268 was found on two unfiltered survey images (60-sec exposures) taken by MASTER-Amur robotic telescope (0.40-m f/2.5 reflector + 16 Mpix CCD) on 2012 Aug. 08 at 14:34:18 UT and 15:26:20 UT (8 hours after the discovery images posted at TOCP). Position end figures (averaged from two exposures) are 10.41s, 26.9", unfiltered magnitude on Aug. 08.607 UT is 17.1+/-0.2. Nothing is visible at this position on MASTER-Amur images of 2012 June 21.64, May 29.73 and May 09.77 UT (typical limiting magnitude 18.2). Comparison of Aug. 08 and May 09 MASTER-Amur images is posted at http://master.sai.msu.ru/static/OT/PSNJ17451040+1808268-MASTER-Amur.jpg
