Transient object in Sagittarius. Discovered by John Seach, Grafton, NSW, Australia. Object visible on 3 images taken with DSLR with 40 mm f/1.4 lens. No object identified at position on 3 images taken with same instrument on September 20.380 UT, limiting magnitude 11.0. No minor planet at position. No object on DSS2-red. No variable star on VSX brighter than magnitude 12.7 within 1.3 arc minutes of the position. No variable object on ASAS-SN database. Note this is a crowded star field in the reference image with possible faint stars close to the position.

Independent discovery has been reported (on Sept. 21.484 UT) from Kazuyoshi Kanatsu, Shimane, Japan. The object was mag about 10.6 on three images taken using f.l.135-mm lens and Pentax K30 digital camera with ISO 1600, 10 seconds exposure. Position end figures 52s.75, 24".7. ASAS-SN caught this object (mag about 11.2) on Sept. 21.096 UT. TCP J18035278-3127240 seems to be the same object. - Hitoshi Yamaoka (NAOJ)
