Discovered by K. Itagaki, Yamagata, Japan, on an unfiltered CCD frame using 0.21-m f/3.0 reflector at Yamagata under the limiting magnitude= about 15. This PN was confirmed on the frames taken after discovery using 0.50-m f/6.0 reflector + unfiltered CCD. He informs nothing is visible at this location on his past frames including the most recent survey taken on 2013 Nov. 6.375 UT (limit mag. = about 15) using same survey telescope.

Mag.= 12.7 observed by T. Kojima, Gunma-ken, Japan, using 150-mm f/2.8 lens + Canon EOS 60D.
