Koichi Nishiyama, Kurume,Japan and Fujio Kabashima, Miyaki,Japan report a discovery of possible nova (mag.= 10.9) in Sgr on two 40-s unfiltered CCD frames taken around 2015 Feb. 12.87837UT ( limiting magnitude=13.3 ), using a 105-mm f/4 camera lens (+SBIG STL6303E camera). We have confirmed immediately the appearance of our discovery this PN on five 3-s unfiltered CCD frames taken around 2015 Feb 12.891UT ( limiting magnitude=16.6 ), using a Meade 200R 0.40-m f/9.8 reflector (+SBIG STL1001E camera). (lens magnitude of referred catalogue Hipparcos, others reference catalogue GSC-ACT) Nothing is visible at this location on one past survey frames taken on 2015 Feb 02.887 UT(limiting mag.= 12.5) nor on DSS, USNO-B1.0, We have checked in Minor Planets. nearest star in USNO B1.0 has position end figures 24s979, 35"69, distance 2"6, magnitudes B2=15.40 R2=14.39 I=14.66

Mag.= 11.2, position end figures 25s.24, 32".6 discovered independently by H. Nishimura, Shizuoka-ken, Japan, using 200-mm f/3.2 lens + a digital camera.

Mag.= 10.5 but limiting mag.= 11.5, Pre-discovery observation by T. Kojima, Gunma-ken, Japan, using 150-mm f/2.8 lens + a digital camera. An image at http://www.oaa.gr.jp/~oaacs/image/PnovaSgrKojima.jpg.

I took confirmation image of this PNV with 0.43-m f/6.8 CDK astrograph + FLI PL16803 CCD at Siding Spring Observatory site of iTelescope.NET (NSW, Australia), remotely. Photometry results were V=11.16 and Ic=10.47. Position end figures were 25.15 and 34.66 in RA. and Dec. V= 9.3, position end figures 25s.15, 34".6, remotely using a 0.43-m f/6.8 astrograph + CCD at the iTelescopeNET Siding Spring, Australia. Observer T. Yusa, Osaki, Japan. RGB color composite image was posted at URL http://space.geocities.jp/yusastar77/supernova/PNinSgr_150217.htm
