Reports the discovery by Fabio Martinelli and Riccardo Mancini of an apparent supernova (mag about 16.5) on unfiltered CCD images (limiting mag about 18.0) taken with 0.35-m telescope of the Osservatorio Astronomico Montecatini val di Cecina, Italy, behalf of the Italian Supernovae Search Project (ISSP) on Agu. 08.0625 UT. The new object is located at R.A. = 18h18m56s.2, Decl. = +23d39'37".0 (equinox 2000.0), which is 11" east and 17" nord of the nucleus of NGC 6619. Nothing is visible at this position on Palomar Sky Survey infrared, red, and blue plates.

D. Denisenko, V. Lipunov (SAI MSU), V. Yurkov, E. Sinyakov (Blagoveschensk Educational State University) report on behalf of a larger MASTER collaboration: We confirm PSN J18185620+2339370 on two unfiltered images (60-sec exposures) taken by MASTER-Amur robotic telescope (0.40-m f/2.5 reflector + 16 Mpix CCD) on 2012 Aug. 07 at 14:45:47 UT and 15:28:17 UT (10 hours before the discovery by ISSP). Position end figures (averaged from two exposures) are 56.00s, 32.9", unfiltered magnitude on Aug. 07.615 UT is 16.6+/-0.1. Nothing is visible on MASTER-Kislovodsk images taken on 2012 July 21.78 UT (limiting magnitude 19.2), as well as on earlier MASTER-Tunka images of 2012 June 25.66 UT and MASTER-Amur images of 2012 June 20.63 UT. Comparison of Aug. 07 and June 20 MASTER-Amur images is posted at http://master.sai.msu.ru/static/OT/PSNJ18185620+2339370-MASTER-Amur.jpg
