Yang Shen, Fei Du, Yirui Fu, Xinyu Jiang, Yi Ding, Wei Gao, Lun Kun, Mi Zhang and Xing Gao, report the discovery of a possible supernova (mag approximately 16.9) on several 40s surveyimages (limiting mag about 18.5) taken by Xing Gao at Xingming Observatory #3 (N88) around Nov. 07.52309 UT using a unfiltered CCD ( +Celestron C14 SchmidtCassegrain telescope  D=356mm @f/6.9 ). The transient approximately located at R.A.=18h22m23.33s +23d28’32”.2 (equinox 2000.0). Which is about 19.5" east and 10.8" south of the center of the NGC6628. Nothing is visible at this position on archival images taken on Oct. 21.53315 (limiting mag 18.0) . Images can be found at: http://xjltp.china-vo.org/psp20b.html
