V. Lipunov (SAI MSU) reports the discovery by S. Shurpakov of a possible supernova (mag. 16.9) on two unfiltered survey images (limiting mag 18.2) taken on Mar. 19.748 and 19.776 UT with the MASTER-Amur robotic telescope (0.40-m f/2.5 reflector + 4Kx4K CCD). The new object is located at R.A. = 18h50m11s.29, Decl. = +30o20'59".5 (equinox 2000.0), which is 11.9" west and 15.1" south of the nucleus of PGC 2813322 galaxy. D. Denisenko and E. Gorbovskoy (SAI MSU) report that nothing is visible at this position on Feb. 24.860 UT images from the same telescope to the magnitude limit 18.0. The discovery and reference images are posted at the following website URL: http://master.sai.msu.ru/static/OT/185011.29302059.5.png and color-combined DSS finder chart (5'x5' FOV, 200% zoom) - at http://master.sai.msu.ru/static/OT/J185011+302059-BRIR5x5.jpg (see also ATel #4900).
