Discovered by John Seach, Chatsworth Island, Australia. Visible on 3 images taken with DSLR, 50 mm f/1.0 lens. No object visible on DSS-2 red images, no variable star in VSX, No minor planet on minor planet checker. No object visible on survey image taken on July 31.38 UT 2013 with same equipment, limiting magnitude 11.0.

I took B, V, Rc, Ic images of field of reported position with 0.32-m f/9.0 Ritchey-Chretien + CCD at Siding Spring, Australia (T8, iTelescope.NET). But, I could not confirm new star. It might be minor planet (41) Daphne.

We just imaged the area remotely from MPC code Q62, looks like the PNV is (41) Daphne. E. Guido & N. Howes.
