Discovered by Yukio Sakurai, Mito, Ibaraki-ken, who found this star on three frames (with 8-s exposure; limit. mag.= 11.5) taken with Nikon D7100 Digital Camera + 180-mm f/2.8 lens. Sakurai writes nothing at this location on three frames taken on April 25.746 UT with same instrument (the limiting mag. = 11.5).
