Discovered by Ryoichi Irie, Toyooka, Hyogo, Japan, on three frames (20-s exp. limiting mag 14.0) taken by Nikon D600 camera + 180mm f/3.5 lens. --- Isao Endoh (NAOJ)

No brightening at the reported position in recent ASAS-SN Sky Patrol (Shappee et al. 2014ApJ...788...48S and Kochanek et al. 2017PASP..129j4502K) data; fainter than gmag. 16.7 on 2022 July 27.77, 28.08, and 29.19 UT: https://asas-sn.osu.edu/sky-patrol/coordinate/9856e4ab-0234-4e32-8b6f-66abee343a31 -- The reported position of the transient matches exactly the USNO-A2.0 catalogue position for USNO-A2.0 0900-14608303. According to modern catalogues this star's position is 1.6" away at Gaia DR3 position end figures 16.642s in RA and 24.02" in DE (equinox J2000.0, epoch J2016). No new object brighter than 14 mag (CV - unfiltered with APASS V zero-point) is visible on three images obtained with the NMW camera (135 mm f/2.0 telephoto lens + SBIG ST-8300M CCD; https://scan.sai.msu.ru/nmw/ ) between 2022-07-28.9184 and 2022-07-28.9192 UT with 20 sec exposures.
