Discovered by H. Nishimura, Shizuoka-ken, Japan, with on 10-s exposure on three frames using Canon EOS 6D digital camera + f/3.2 200-mm lens under the limiting mag = 13s, who writes that nothing is visible at this location on a frame taken on 2017 Nov. 24.392 UT. There is a faint star (mag.= 17.8) at end figures 10s.44, 54".1 on USNO-A2 catalog.
