Taiga Sasaoka (U.Tokyo), Kenta Taguchi and Keisuke Isogai (Kyoto U.) report the discovery of a new astronomical transient. Discovered using the Tomo-e Gozen camera on the 1.05 m Kiso Schmidt telescope. No filter used. This object is confirmed by follow-up observations with the Seimei telescope.
