This variable was originally discovered by D. Denisenko (SAI MSU) on three unfiltered images with 180-sec exposures obtained by MASTER-Kislovodsk robotic telescope (0.40-m f/2.5 reflector + CCD) on 2012 June 24. Discovery magnitudes (unfiltered with the red zeropoint): 2012 June 24.836 UT, 12.85; 24.859, 12.94; 24.893, 12.90. The star is identical to USNO-B1.0 1143-0518038 (RA=21 12 58.724 Dec=+24 21 45.58, B1=19.73 R1=20.03 B2=20.78 R2=20.39) and GALEX J211258.7+242145 (FUV=19.91 NUV=20.06). The discovery and reference images are available at: http://master.sai.msu.ru/static/OT/MASTER211258.65+242145.4.jpg with the 10'x10' color-combined (BRIR) DSS finder chart uploaded to http://master.sai.msu.ru/static/OT/J211258.65+242145.4-BRIR10x10.jpg (see also D. Photometric; B=14.8, V=14.6, Rc=14.4, Ic=14.2, position end figures 58s.73, 45".2 (USNO-B1.0), remotely using 0.25-m f/3.4 hyperbolic astrograph + CCD (SBIG ST-10XME) at the RAS Observatory, iTelescope network, near Mayhill, NM, U.S.A. Position and magnitude were measured on an image which were taken by 120-seconds exposure under the limiting magnitude = 16.5(R). Observer T. Yusa, Osaki, Japan.
