F. Ciabattari reports the discovery of an apparent supernova (unfiltered magnitude = 18.4) on images (limiting magnitude 19.5) obtained on July 29.04 UT, July 31.08 and August 1.1 with a 0.5m Newtonian telescope + CCD FLI Proline 4710 camera at Borgo a Mozzano - Italy, in the course of the Italian Supernovae Search Project. The new object is located at A.R. = 22h58m30s.35, Decl. = +40°25'44".5 (equinox 2000.0, astrometry with respect to UCAC-2 stars) which is 10 arcsec East and 4 arcsec South of the centre of Galaxy PGC 70151.
