2015 12 12.4960

I made a confirming observation of this PSN. Its magnitude is estimated as U17.4 by Astrometrica(USNO-(S)A 2.0). Using telescope is 45cm F4.6 Reflector + unfiltered CCD FLI ML-8300, 2 bin, 60s exposure. Position end is R.A.=49.02s, Dec=51.3". Observed by Kunihiro Shima at Fujimi-machi, Nagano, Japan.

2015 12 12.468

Discovered by K. Itagaki, Yamagata, Japan on an unfiltered CCD frame taken by 0.60-m f/5.7 reflector, who posted a discovery frame at http://k-itagaki.jp/7653.jpg.

2015 12 12.510

Mag.= 17.1, position end figures 49s.02, 51".5 observed by T. Noguchi, Chiba-ken, Japan using 0.23-m f/6.3 Schmidt Cassegrain + unfiltered CCD, who posted his frame at http://park8.wakwak.com/~ngc/images/PSNinNGC7653.jpg.

2015 12 12.72720

This transient was observed on 2015 12 12.72720 by G. Masi, remotely using the 17"-f/6.8 robotic unit part of the Virtual Telescope Project facility, at Bellatrix Astronomical Observatory in Ceccano, Italy. 120-seconds exposures, unfiltered, show the source at mag. 17.1 (R mags for the reference stars from UCAC-4). We also performed astrometry, getting the following end figures: 49.04; 51.7 (J2000.0, mean residuals of 0.2" on both axes).

2015 12 12.776

This possible supernova has been imaged by Paolo Corelli at Mandi Observatory@Pagnacco Italy with a 0.45m f:4.5 telescope + CCD. Magnitude estimation on 10x100s unfiltered staked images: 17.0 mV, performed astrometry: ending fig. R.A.= 49.01s Dec = 51.7". No object is visible at this position on POSS2/UKSTU Red plates, limiting magnitude: 21.0m approx. 2015 12 12.87534

Observation of this transient object was made on 2015 12 12.875 by G. Locatelli at Maritime Alps Observatory (MPC K32) Cuneo, Italy, with a Schmidt-Cassegrain telescope 0.25 m. f/10 + Rc filter. Performed photometry returns a value of 17.15 Rc magnitude (reference R mags from NOMAD1). Link to image: https://www.flickr.com/photos/130703848@N04/23410314260/in/datetaken/

2016 01 02.722

This transient was observed by J. Grzegorzek on 2016 01 02.722, using the 0.25m f/4 reflector at his JGAO observatory, Poland. 50-seconds unfiltered exposure: mag. 16.3 (ref. UCAC4). Astrometry: 23h24m49.02s +15°16'51.7". Image at http://www.jgao.pl/pgc71370.html
