Vladimir Lipunov, David Buckley and Elena Popova reports that MASTER-SAAO (twin 0.40m f/2.5 reflector,4Kx4K CCD, MASTER software) auto-detection system discovered optical transient (MASTER OT J233743.22-473039.3) at (RA, Dec) = 23h 37m 43.22s -47d 30m 39.3s on 2015-08-17.18201 UT (ATel #7919). This PSN is in 12.1"W and 16.3"S from the PGC071943 galaxy. Evgeny Gorbovskoy and Nataly Tyurina report that unfiltered (0.2B+0.8R, USNOB1) magnitude m_PSN=16.3, m_lim=18.7. There are 2 images with PSN on 2015-08-17.1820UT and 2 images (confirmation) on 2015-08-17.757UT with m_lim=18.0 (sunset) in MASTER-SAAO database. We have reference image without OT in MASTER-SAAO database on 2015-08-07.98051 UT with 20.5 unfiltered magnitude limit. The discovery and reference images are available at http://master.sai.msu.ru/static/OT/233743.22-473039.3.png
