     Astronomisches Recheninstitut, Heidelberg, has transmitted
the following 5 observations, obtained by Bester and Hoffmeister:

     Mr. Candy, B.A.A., announces that Alcock has found
a comet in the following position:

Comet diffuse with condensation, nothing reported about tail.
Daily motion: +4m 36s, -0o56'.

     From Mrs. Mrkos, director of the Skalnate Pleso Observatory,
the following two observations were received:

From 1959 September 1 to 1959 October 31 inclusive, the
International Time Signals of the Royal Greenwich Observatory
will be radiated from the following transmitters:
