Woolley, communicates: "Arrangements have nov been completeed, with the cooperation of the Engineer-in-Chief, Post Office, for rehearsal signals on the days preceding the special radio time signal transmissions on 1959 October 2 for the convenience of observers of the total eclipse of the Sun.
