COMET GEHRELS (1973n)
Dr. Tom Gehrels, Lunar and Planetary Laboratory, reports the
discovery of a new comet on plates taken with the 122-cm Schmidt
telescope at Palomar. R. Adams assisted. Measurers: C. Vesely and
R. Sather. The comet is diffuse, the coma somewhat overexposed,
and there is a fan tail about 2' long in p.a. 230o to 260o.
