S. van den Bergh (Palomar Mountain Observatory). 122-cm Schmidt
   telescope. Measurer: K. Kamper. Comet involved with M 33 on
   Nov. 15 and 16. The earlier plates show a coma of diameter 8",
   no condensation, and a tail 2' long.
C. Y. Shao and G. Schwartz (Harvard College Observatory, Agassiz
   Station). 155-cm reflector. Measurer: Shao. Comet partly on
   a star on Nov. 15. Some cloudiness on Nov. 16.
E. Roemer (Lunar and Planetary Laboratory). 154-cm reflector.
   Comet quite well condensed. Measurer: Carolyn McCarthy.

     The following parabolic elements, by the undersigned, are very
uncertain, particularly T and Peri., which are highly correlated:

       T = 1974 Mar. 21.6 ET     Peri. = 137.4
                                 Node  = 225.9   1950.0
       q = 5.740 AU              Incl. =  59.8
