T. Seki (Kochi Observatory, Geisei Station).
E. Roemer (Lunar and Planetary Laboratory, Catalina Station). 154-cm
   reflector. Comet pretty well condensed.
R. E. McCrosky (Harvard College Observatory, Agassiz Station). 41-cm
   Metcalf astrograph.

The following parabolic elements, by B. G. Marsden, are based
also on the approximate positions on IAUC 2764 and are thus somewhat
uncertain. There is a possibility that the comet is yet another
new short-period one.
