COMET KOBAYASHI-BERGER-MILON (1975h)
     E. Devinney and C. McCracken, Goddard Space Flight Center, report
that observations on July 30.1 UT using a 91-cm reflector and
dispersion ~ 230 A/mm showed emissions of CN, C3, C2, NH2 and possibly
[O I] 6300 A and CO+ (around 4265 A). There was also possibly
a weak continuum right in the vicinity of the nucleus.

     E. Barker, J. Drake, E. Jenkins and W. Upson, Princeton University
Observatory, report observations from the Copernicus Operations
Center at Goddard Space Flight Center during a 25-hr interval
beginning July 27.08 UT. The intensity of L-alpha was found to be
comparable to that observed in comet 1973 XII on 1974 Jan. 29. OH was
only marginally present, if at all, and O emissions at 1304 and
1306 A seem not to have been detected.
