J. E. Wink, A. von Kap-herr and W. J. Altenhoff, Max-Planck-Institut
fuer Radioastronomie, Bonn, report that they observed at
the frequency 10.7 GHz fluxes of 10 +/- 5 mJy on Sept. 27.54 UT and
19 +/- 5 mJy on Oct. 8.58 UT, coming from a position R.A. = 21h09m52s.85
and Decl. = +47o56'41" (1950.0).
The following selected visual magnitude estimates have been
reported: Oct. 1.86 UT, 7.5 (G. M. Hurst, Northampton, England);
2.13, 7.9 (T. R. Williams, Houston, Texas); 3.08, 7.8 (W. I. Nissen,
Jr., Arlington, Virginia); 3.80, 7.2 (Hurst); 4.17, 7.9 (Nissen);
5.14, 7.9 (Nissen); 5.16, 8.2 (Williams); 7.05, 8.0 (Nissen); and
9.10, 8.1 (P. Maley, Houston, Texas).

The following precise positions, reported by C. U. Cesco, have
been obtained at the Observatorio Astronomico "Felix Aguilar", El
Leoncito Station. Observers: G. Sanchez, M. R. Cesco and H. Mira.
