COMET SATO (1975q)
     K. Osawa, Tokyo Astronomical Observatory, reports that Yasuo
Sato (Tochigi) has discovered a comet.  The following observations
are available:

           7.531     12 16.3     +15 44     10.5    Harlan

Y. Sato (Tochigi).  Comet diffuse without central condensation, no
   tail.
E. A. Harlan (Lick Observatory).  10-cm camera.  Comet diffuse with
   central condensation, no tail.  Communicated by A. R. Klemola.


COMET WEST (1975n)
     P. M. Kilmartin, Carter Observatory, provides the following
precise positions obtained with the 41-cm reflector.
